Beautiful decor both outside & inside. Nice big room. We liked the pull up entrance for the back of the hotel.
Breakfast was a little cold, except for the waffles which we made ourselves.

We nicely surprised when we drove up to the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for the fall. We had a nice view. Check in was a breeze. Staff we met in hallways were polite and other than the sausage and eggs being cold, we were very happy with the stay & the hotel. ...read more

It was immaculate. The staff was amazing and it was a beautiful place.
There could be more seating at breakfast on busy days.

This is a beautiful hotel that is cleaner than any I have stayed at. The staff was amazingly friendly and the decor really adds to this hotel's charm.

The only way to describe this hotel is awesome, its about 20 miles from entering the smokies, but that was great for us.

It was set up like gone with the wind.
Not a great view.

This hotel was wonderful. It was great for the senior citizens. The staff was wonderful and had a great continental breakfast.
